Celebrating Nine New 431 Exchange Graduates

Degrees earned. Futures in motion.

In the Summer and Fall of 2025, nine 431 Exchange scholars crossed the stage to receive their diplomas—an achievement reflecting determination, resilience, and years of hard work. Many completed key parts of their education during the disruptions of the COVID era, making this milestone especially meaningful.

Their achievements span graduate business degrees, university majors in the arts and media, nursing credentials, and a range of technical and professional certifications from institutions including Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge General School of Nursing, and Northwest Louisiana Technical Community College.

Each path is unique, yet they step forward together at a remarkable moment in history—when advances in technology, artificial intelligence, healthcare, and global change are reshaping how we live, work, and care for one another. Altogether, they will help define what comes next.

Congratulations to our newest graduates. We are proud to call you part of the 431 Exchange family.
