Creating educational equality, one scholar at a time.

The 431 Exchange combines scholarship aid, civil rights storytelling, and public advocacy to ensure that adult learners are recognized, supported, and empowered. Our scholarships help deserving, committed students gain the higher education they are so determined to achieve.
