We’re proud to share the new sizzle reel for Exchange Place — the documentary that shows what becomes possible when a community chooses to lift one another up.

For us, this film is more than history. It’s a reminder that courage, discipline, and opportunity can change lives across generations — and that the spirit of the Adult Education Center is still shaping our scholars today.
We’re pleased to share that WYES in New Orleans and PBS SoCal have agreed to distribute the finished film to their combined audience of more than 21 million viewers.
The planned release is in 2028, but our hope is that the very act of making this documentary — gathering stories, reconnecting across generations, and sharing early glimpses like this reel — will help start a national conversation about the film’s themes.
Thank you for being part of the 431 Exchange family. Together, we’re showing what is possible.
